The products presented in this article will allow you to easily and quickly protect your bodywork and wheels, and carry out their routine maintenance without using overly technical products requiring a specific application process (Si3D range in particular).

The brand's hybrid wax (Hybrid Wax) will offer respectable protection and a very classy finish with great ease of application and buffing.
Spray Sealant will offer more pure gloss and slightly superior durability.
Finally, Final Finish will be the maintenance product for your protections par excellence.

Hybrid Wax:



A hybrid wax with carnauba and polymers, then. You will thus have both the finish and acceptable durability.
Available in a 150g metal tin, it is at first rather disconcerting due to its quite unusual rectangular shape. In the end, you get used to it quickly and even find a real advantage in this shape, which makes it easier to pick up wax on the applicator.

Second point: the wax has no particular scent or colorants. Do not expect the intoxicating chemical smell often found on carnauba waxes from other manufacturers.

Before applying any Nanolex protection to your surfaces, you should first apply EX to properly degrease your paintwork of polish oils, shampoos, or other agents from Quick Detailers and clay lubricants.
Of course, a decontamination phase and even a light polish will be recommended to ensure a perfect surface condition.



The texture of Hybrid Wax is soft enough to spread on the pad very easily without needing to prime it beforehand. We recommend using a seamless foam pad (such as the W-APS).



Spread the wax in circular motions with straight passes and no pressure. Be sure to apply the thinnest possible layer of wax to your paintwork. Indeed, carnauba and hybrid waxes work on contact, and it would simply be a waste of product to apply a considerable thickness that would merely be wiped off.

Hybrid Wax is quite rich, so you can pull a thin layer over a hood with just 4–5 swipes on the pad.
In passing, we appreciate the rectangular shape of the container here, which makes it easier to load the pad with simple straight passes.



Treat a complete panel such as the hood, for example. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and wipe off with a "short pile" microfibre such as the Blue Lagoon or the Bald Wipe, which are perfect for this task.
Buffing may seem a little laborious, especially if you have applied Hybrid Wax in excess. We therefore recommend using 2 MFs for buffing: one for the bulk of the layer without forcing, and a second for the finishing wipe.



The finish left by Hybrid Wax is quite glossy for a hybrid but reveals a lot of depth and above all a beautiful wet effect, which is very pleasing as it is characteristic of carnauba. A second coat is possible just 15 minutes after wiping off the first.



It remains to verify durability: Nanolex claims up to ~7,000 km or 12–15 washes, which is in line with the hybrid average.

Conclusion:
We will conclude that this wax is truly very easy to apply, relatively easy to buff off — though not the easiest, especially if you apply it in excess — but ultimately it delivers a finish that meets our expectations of a hybrid wax with a very silky feel.


Spray Sealant:



Spray Sealant is unfortunately a rather little-known product in the Nanolex range. Unfortunately, because its application, buffing and finish are exemplary.
It can also be applied to all surfaces (bodywork, wheels, painted plastics, etc.)

Just as with the Hybrid Wax presented previously, you will need to properly prepare your surfaces before application (degreasing with EX at a minimum).



Next, the application of Spray Sealant is ideally done using a microfibre pad or a standard cotton pad of your choice. Spray 2–3 "spritzes" of Spray Sealant onto the applicator and treat the entire outer face of the wheel, for example.



Work ideally in circular motions applying very light pressure on the pad (slightly more than that required for Hybrid Wax). Let it sit for 5–10 minutes on the surface and proceed to buff with a short-pile microfibre once again. Spray Sealant is very easy to buff off but often requires a second wipe to remove the slight residual haze after the first buffing.




Spray Sealant can of course be used on bodywork following the same process. It is indeed designed for this. Treat surfaces no larger than 60x60cm at a time.



Conclusion:
The surface left by Spray Sealant is very shiny indeed, quite smooth but less so than with Hybrid Wax. On the other hand, it is very quick to provide lasting protection for your car (Nanolex claims several months of protection) with fairly good resistance to chemical washing agents.
Spray Sealant will soon become your best ally for treating all your surfaces (bodywork, wheels, painted plastics, etc.) if your customer wants good protection without opting for a ceramic coating.





Final Finish:



Final Finish is the product to use either after each wash or periodically to boost the protection and restore the "just waxed" look to your vehicle. It can also serve to dust off your car or clean fresh contaminants on the spot without risk (bug splatter, bird droppings, etc.).

Note the rather unpleasant smell of Final Finish (white vinegar type), as it also contains properties against light limescale residue after rinsing your car. Final Finish can indeed also be used as a Drying Aid to help the drying microfibre glide more easily.

Final Finish is used like a standard Quick Detailer — that is, either directly onto the surface and buffed with an MF, or sprayed directly onto the MF.

It will be perfectly suited to maintaining your Hybrid Wax or Spray Sealant layer.






General conclusion:

Nanolex products never betray their reputation. Hybrid Wax is an excellent wax at an ultimately quite reasonable price. The finish will be very present, and durability acceptable for a hybrid. It is also an economical product, as you can easily get at least 20 coats from a tin without too much trouble.
A wax to recommend to owners who enjoy waxing their car and still want to prioritize looks.

Spray Sealant is a true revelation in the sense that its versatility and ease of use make it a reference product. Product consumption per vehicle is also negligible, so despite having a high retail price, you will be able to treat many vehicles.

Finally, Final Finish is a very good maintenance product, easy to apply, multi-surface and leaving no residue. Perfect in the glove box just in case, and also greatly facilitating the drying of the car.
