Description: Dragon's Breath was developed by VALET PRO to easily remove embedded brake dust from your wheels as well as from your bodywork. A simple wheel cleaner could not go as deep as Dragon's Breath. It does not just clean your wheel, but literally dissolves the embedded brake dust (small black dots generally at the base of the spokes).
Like all iron decontaminants, Dragon's Breath has an unpleasant smell. Therefore, remember to protect your hands with nitrile gloves, wear safety glasses in case of wind gusts during cleaning, as well as a protective mask.
Instructions for use:
- Use neat in a sprayer with a "Chemical Resistant" spray head, or spray directly from the sprayer provided with the 500ml model.
- Allow it to act for a few minutes while the product activates upon contact with contaminants and turns burgundy.
- To enhance the product's action, use a wheel brush of your choice (we recommend the brushes from the EZ brand as well as the Large Sash Brush detailing brushes from VALET PRO)
- Rinse your wheel thoroughly with your pressure washer (or a water jet if not available).
If needed, repeat the operation if some brake dust is heavily embedded.
Below, a quick 50/50 illustrating the product's effectiveness in a single pass. The finish left by the product is very glossy, giving a visually waxed appearance.

Our opinion: Dragon's Breath by VALET PRO is a benchmark iron decontaminant. Indeed, its cleaning action is impressive and also leaves a great finish on your wheels. Do not hesitate to get it in a 1L container because if you tackle heavily contaminated wheels, you will likely need to do two passes and the 500ml packaging may not be enough. But the price difference between 500ml and 1L is so minimal that there is no reason to hold back!
