The packaging of the Beneficia product used in the test is 100ml (sample format). The product is however commercially available in 1L.

Description:

Beneficia is a protection activated on contact with pressurized water (Hydro Sealant).

Thus, on a previously washed and rinsed, but not dried vehicle, once sprayed onto a panel, Beneficia will activate on its own upon contact with water to both gather the standing water from an unprotected vehicle and create a protective film resistant to external contaminants.

For optimal protection, use Beneficia neat in winter, but diluted 1:1 in summer, especially on treated vehicles.

Instructions for use:

Start by spraying panel by panel (especially in hot weather).

The product must perfectly cover your body panel.

Once applied, there is no need to wait — rinse immediately with high pressure only to activate the product.

The great particularity of Beneficia lies in the fact that its action gathers water to drain it away normally even on an untreated vehicle, in the manner of a self-drying product. As a result, the vehicle is noticeably easier to dry afterwards as there is ultimately very little residual water.

The hydrophobic protection created (beading) is not very impressive compared to competing products (Wet-Coat, Hydro2lite...) but it is nonetheless present to protect the vehicle against future contaminants.

Below is an example of a 50/50 on a treated door versus an untreated one, showing in particular the "sheeting" (water evacuation) and the self-drying effect produced.

The photo below gives an appreciation of the very glossy finish and the slick effect created by Beneficia on the entire side of the test vehicle. This property is essential to minimize as much as possible the risk of creating micro-scratches (wash-marring) when drying with a drying towel.

Advantages

+ Excellent self-drying capability.

+ Quick and effective protection.

+ Glossy and silky finish to the touch.

+ Very pleasant scent.

+ Dilutable depending on the initial condition of the car.


Disadvantages 

+ Hydrophobic effect not very pronounced (unsettling compared to the competition).

+ Product consumption per vehicle.


Our opinion:

Beneficia is a somewhat unsettling product for users familiar with other "Wet Coat" products on the market, in the sense that the beading and sheeting effect is not as present, or at least present differently.

On the other hand, its self-drying action will make it easier to dry your vehicle efficiently and quickly while minimizing the risk of micro-scratching the paint.

The finish and especially the silky feel left behind are superb, allowing you to protect and beautify your car in record time.
