Description:
Alchimy7 developed this shampoo with two major objectives. To clean effectively while respecting waxes, and also to offer the user a "slick" effect, so that water drains off naturally once rinsing is complete. This last point is very important as it avoids laborious drying or over-saturating your drying microfibres too quickly.
Usage:
S7 THD is a shampoo usable both as a pre-wash in a foam cannon (foam-lance or foam-gun) or for washing with the two-bucket technique. Its variable dilution is very economical (dilution ranging from 0.4% to 4%) making it one of the cheapest shampoos on the market in terms of effectiveness/finish/price ratio.
For use in a foam-lance, we recommend pairing it with SF Pre-wash to enhance the foaming effect of the solution. Thus, 40ml of S7 THD with 40ml of SF are sufficient to allow a quality pre-wash while protecting your coating.
The already well-foaming formulation of S7 THD allows the creation of a thick pre-wash film at first (due to the addition of SF as well) which will then tighten and create the desired "curtain" effect to encourage the run-off of the bulk of contaminants and the gradual lifting of road film.
Wait approximately 2 minutes before rinsing to allow the film to settle back onto the bodywork.
S7 THD is not a Hard pre-wash agent capable of removing deep grime unlike an M7 for example, but it will be perfectly suited for maintaining your treated and regularly serviced vehicle.
When using the two-bucket technique for maintenance washing, dilute S7 THD to approximately 1% (i.e. 50ml for 5L of water).
Once diluted, you can better appreciate the foaming power of S7 THD. Although foam does not contribute in any way to cleaning power, some people attach great importance to this characteristic. Also worth noting is the pleasant scent of the shampoo.
The mitt glides easily over the bodywork thanks to the lubricated formulation of S7 THD and its decent cleaning power, without replacing a Hard shampoo as mentioned earlier. Plan to use a slightly higher concentration on a vehicle with heavier soiling or embedded contaminants (dried insects, bird droppings, etc.).
At rinsing, you notice the waxing power of the shampoo and above all that it does not strip existing protection (synthetic in the case of the test vehicle). 
The finish left by S7 THD (Hydro Repellent Treatment) is quite shiny, but the most notable aspect remains its slick side, namely that very little water film stays on the bodywork. As a result, drying is greatly facilitated, whether the vehicle is treated or not.
The more "slick" a shampoo is, the less you will need to dry, and therefore the lower the risk of micro-scratching your car through the mechanical action of drying. This is therefore a big plus.

Our opinion:
Less well-known than its counterpart Extremys, S7 THD nonetheless remains a highly recommended shampoo as it is perfectly suited for maintaining your coatings (including nano coatings) effectively without stripping them. We appreciate the pleasant scent, the low dilution rate, but above all it is its Hydro Repellent effect that makes the difference. Many shampoos clean and add shine but few have this highly appreciated "slick" effect. You thus gain in efficiency and drying time. Highly recommended!
