Description

Original RUPES backing plate for use exclusively on the brand's Ibrid Nano polisher. Screws directly into the machine head.

For use in precision sanding (removal of dust nibs under clear coat for example). You can stick sanding discs directly onto the back of the plate (smooth surface).
Recommended sanding disc sizes: 35mm minimum.

Manufacturer reference: 997.001

The 3M sanding discs for example will be perfectly suitable.

How to use the RUPES Adhesive Sanding Backing Plate Ø 30mm?

  1. Firmly screw the backing plate onto the RUPES iBrid Nano polisher head 
  2. Choose a sanding rosette (minimum 30mm) and attach it to the adhesive backing plate.

Tip: Always remove the sanding rosette gently from the backing plate to avoid prematurely damaging the smooth surface.
