Description

Original orbital adapter RUPES to be used exclusively on the brand's Ibrid Nano polisher. You can choose the model in 3mm orbit or 12mm depending on the type of work you wish to perform.

Installation of this backing plate adapter is very simple. Simply screw it firmly directly into the threaded head of the polisher.

You will then only need to screw the backing plate of your choice onto this adapter.

The 3mm orbit adapter will provide more correction-oriented work due to the low orbital value.
The 12mm orbit adapter will ensure work more focused on finishing or on parts with delicate finishes.

How do you use the RUPES orbital adapter for the Ibrid Nano polisher?

  1. Choose the desired grit according to the defect to be corrected (P2000,P2500,P3000,P5000).
  2. Center your sanding disc on the hand sanding block or on the backing plate of your mini sander.
  3. Soak your sanding disc with water or a quick detailer of your choice.
  4. Sand the defect without applying too much pressure, using steady movements.
  5. Finish by polishing the area with a suitable Zvizzer polish and pad (HC 4000 and pink Thermo All Rounder pad, for example)
  6. Wipe off your polish with a suitable microfiber towel (e.g., Microfibre Cloth Black or Black Velvet) using a little Clean Top (alcohol-based) or any other Cleaner.
  7. Inspect your finish, then carry out a finishing pass with a yellow or orange foam pad (Trapez or All-Rounder) and a finishing polish (FC2000 Fine Cut)

Tip: Regularly clean your sanding disc with water. Your work and results will be much better.
