This BP-M/R D125/D150 XCE/XFE polishing backing plate, specific to FLEX machines (compatibility with the machines listed below), is available in 125 mm or 150 mm sizes. Thanks to its strong attachment system, it guarantees a stable and durable polishing experience. Designed with a 10 mm thick polyurethane (PU) foam, this backing plate will provide genuine polishing comfort by absorbing the slight curves of the surfaces being polished. How to use the BP-M/R D125/D150 backing plate for FLEX polishers?

  1. Choose your polisher compatible with the backing plate reference: compatible FLEX polishers (XCE 8 150 18-EC C, XCE 8 150 18-EC Set, XCE 10-8 125, XFE 7-15 150, XFE 15 150 18-EC C, XFE 15 150 18-EC Set)
  2. Lock the backing plate firmly into place.
  3. Then use a pad of your choice to polish your panel.

Tip: Always ensure that the backing plate is properly secured before starting the polisher. After several polishing sessions, regularly check the tightness.
