How do you use the Lake Country System 4000 Pad Washer?

  1. Fill the lower bucket with 6.1 liters of clean water and a dose of cleaning solution (e.g., LC Snappy Clean Boost cleaner).
  2. Install the ribbed wash plate and prime the pump manually.
  3. Place your polisher fitted with a pad onto the wash plate.
  4. Engage the pump to spray water or cleaning solution onto the pad.
  5. Turn on the polisher at low speed and clean the pad using circular movements.
  6. Increase speed to spin-dry the pad.
  7. Empty the upper basin once it fills with dirty water.

Tips:

  • Use only water while polishing to avoid residue build-up.
  • Make sure to securely steady the System 4000 during use, as it can tend to shift or move around.
